Professional Journey
From national-scale operations to antifragile architecture
More than two decades inside complex public institutions forged a rare dual fluency: deep operational mastery under extreme uncertainty, and the capacity to redesign the systems that generate problems rather than merely treating their symptoms.
Foundation in Public Finance & Tax System
The professional journey began inside the Iranian National Tax Administration. Early responsibilities centered on financial statement analysis, risk assessment, and contribution to major national initiatives — most notably the successful implementation of Value Added Tax. Multiple official appreciations were received for revenue achievement and operational excellence during this period.
From the outset, the work revealed a recurring pattern: most organizational friction and fiscal leakage did not originate from isolated human error, but from fragile system design. This insight became the foundation of a lifelong orientation toward structural solutions.
Early research applied chaos theory and artificial neural networks to the problem of tax-return risk prioritization. The goal was to move practice away from arbitrary judgment and toward data-driven selection. This work established a durable pattern that continues to define the approach: locate systemic noise and replace it with intelligent structure.
Transition to Strategic Architecture
Building on more than two decades of frontline experience inside one of the world’s more uncertain economic environments, the focus gradually shifted from operational excellence to the design of proprietary strategic operating systems.
The Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) at the University of Tehran, followed by ongoing Post-Doctoral research at Tarbiat Modares University, refined the capacity to operate as an organizational architect — one who redesigns the systems that generate problems rather than merely treating symptoms.
This dual fluency — the language of numbers and fiscal reality on one side, and the language of strategic architecture and organizational design on the other — produced a rare professional position.
Current Position
Today the work stands at the intersection of four uncommon layers:
- National-scale operational experience forged under extreme uncertainty
- Advanced academic research at the highest levels of business education in Iran
- Registered intellectual property in intelligent systems
- Original frameworks that function as installable Strategic Operating Systems
The central realization that guides all current work is clear: resilience (the capacity to return to a previous state) is insufficient. Organizations require antifragility — the capacity to improve under stress.
Core Message
The present mission remains consistent with the origin story:
- Stop solving symptoms.
- Redesign the architectures that generate them.
- Build systems that treat uncertainty as fuel.
- Transfer permanent capability, not temporary advice.
This journey continues as the deliberate architecture of Intelligent Antifragile Business Ecosystems.
Ready to redesign the systems that generate the problems?
Engagements are selective. Each collaboration is structured to transfer permanent decision infrastructure and antifragile capability — not temporary advice.
