From National Systems to Strategic Architecture
The professional journey began with a scholarship-supported education in Tax Accounting and entry into the Iranian National Tax Administration. Early exposure to large-scale fiscal systems and the practical limits of traditional control mechanisms created a foundational insight:

Years of operational work, research applying chaos theory and neural networks to risk-based audit selection, and progressive academic advancement (Master’s, DBA, Post-Doctoral research) formed a dual fluency: the language of numbers and fiscal reality on one side, and the language of strategic architecture and organizational design on the other.
Building on more than two decades of frontline experience in one of the world’s more uncertain economic environments, the focus shifted from operational excellence to the design of proprietary strategic operating systems.
